Our aim is to provide you with all the information you need to confidently book your stay at our hotel. We can't wait to welcome you to Porto Cristo and are here to assist you with anything you may need!

How do I get to the hotel from Palma airport?

The best way to get to the hotel from Palma airport is, if you are travelling on your own, by hiring a car. Palma de Mallorca airport is 62 kilometres from the hotel, in the direction of Manacor, and it usually takes between 45 and 50 minutes depending on traffic.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The reception is open 24 hours a day and is available to receive guests at all times. However, the standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Please note that check-in time may change to 15:00 during periods of high occupancy.

Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms and facilities?

Stay connected during your stay with the free internet service we offer in all our rooms and common areas. Log in with the username and password that will be provided by our staff at reception.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms or common areas of the hotel?

Healthier. Happier. Fresher is part of our philosophy. The hotel is 100% smoke-free and smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas of the hotel. We take the health and well-being of our guests very seriously and want to ensure that we provide a fresh and healthy environment during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Does the hotel have a restaurant and what are the opening hours?

Zero Drach del Mar has a buffet restaurant, the Porto Cristo Buffet, which serves a delicious breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 and a spectacular dinner with a wide variety of meats, fish, rice, pasta, stews, salads and desserts from 19:00 to 21:30, allowing you plenty time to explore the island and be back in time for dinner.

I want to dine at the hotel but I haven't booked dinner, is that possible?

Of course, we will be delighted to welcome you at our Porto Cristo Buffet where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner based on meat, fish, rice, pasta, stews, salads and desserts from 19:00 to 21:30. We have three options available:

- 25€ per person for non-hotel guests.
- 20€ per person for hotel guests who only want to dine once or every other day during their stay.
- 15€ per person for hotel guests who want to change their entire stay from bed and breakfast to half board. Price based on 3 dinners minimum.

* Drinks are not included in the dinner price.

I want to have breakfast at the hotel but I haven't booked breakfast, is that possible?

Of course, we will be delighted to welcome you at our Porto Cristo Buffet where you can enjoy a great breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 every day of the week. We have two options available:

10€ per person per day if you book one or two breakfasts.
8€ per person per day if you book breakfast three or more days.

Is there a refreshment area by the pool and a bar in the hotel?

Of course, you can refresh yourself in our Zero Oasis Lounge and take advantage of the bar service between 10:00 and 18:00. Mediterranean fusion food service is available between 12:00 and 16:00.

And in the evening enjoy good music and an extensive cocktail menu in our Blue Bar. Live music several days a week. Large outdoor terrace. Bar service from 19:00 to 23:00 hours.

Are there wellness options at the hotel, and are there any costs involved?

Of course, you can refresh yourself in our Zero Oasis Lounge and take advantage of the bar service between 10:00 and 18:00. Mediterranean fusion food service is available between 12:00 and 16:00.

Are there wellness options at the hotel, and are there any costs involved?

We have a small wellness section with a heated swimming pool and a gym. The opening hours are from 08:00 to 20:00 and are free of charge for hotel guests. Please note that during busy periods both options may be at high occupancy.

I am arriving by car. Is there parking available at the hotel? Is it free of charge?

Yes, we have a limited number of free parking spaces available outside the hotel, including four spaces for people with reduced mobility. During peak occupancy periods, these spaces may be occupied, and you may need to find parking in nearby areas. However, there are several free parking options available in the vicinity of the hotel for your convenience. We look forward to seeing you!

Are there rooms for people with physical disabilities?

Of course, the Zero Drach del Mar has four rooms for physically disabled and elderly people.

How many floors does the hotel have and are there lifts?

The Zero Drach del Mar hotel has 127 rooms, including 4 suites, spread over 7 floors which you can access via 2 lifts that operate 24 hours a day.

What can I expect from the surroundings?

Only 200 metres from the Drach caves and with direct access to the port just metres from our hotel. Some of the best beaches and coves of Mallorca such as Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mandía, Cala Romántica or Cala Varqués are just a few minutes away by car. The Rafa Nadal Museum in Manacor, where you can discover the life of one of the best sportsmen in history, is just a few minutes away.

I have seen that there are Balinese beds in the pool. Are they free?

The Balinese beds we have in the pool area are free of charge for hotel guests upon reservation via the tablets in all rooms. We recommend booking in advance to ensure that a Balinese bed is available. We have 14 beds downstairs and 7 beds upstairs which are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Does the hotel accept sports groups?

Of course, adventure and excitement are part of what you can expect at our hotels! Discover the perfect place to practice your favourite sporting activities while enjoying your stay in one of our hotels. Rent a bicycle at our hotels and explore the island or simply put on your running shoes and explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. Do you like golf? There are 4 golf courses nearly and we can arrange it all for you and your group.

I have a promotional code; how can I use it?

If you have a promotional code to use at Zero Hotels and you want to use it to save on your next hotel booking, simply follow these steps: Go to the website of the chain or hotel of your choice > Enter your promotional code in the "Promo" box to the left of the book button > You will see your discount applied on the results page (in the box on the left) once you have selected your room type.

Can I stay at the hotel with my pet?

Zero Drach del Mar is a pet friendly hotel where you can bring your pet. We accept one pet per room weighing up to 25 kilos, which can only be in the common areas of the reception and in the hotel room. The cost? 25 € per day.

Pool/Beach towels

Pool towels are provided free of charge. However, we kindly request a 10 € deposit per towel, which will be fully refunded when you no longer require the towels. You are welcome to change your pool towel daily, but please note that each change incurs a fee of 3 €. Should you have any further questions or require assistance, our staff will be more than happy to assist you. We hope you enjoy your time at our hotel!

Bathroom towels

To help us in our efforts to preserve the environment, we kindly request that you leave your towels on the floor if you wish to have them replaced. Our housekeeping staff will not refresh the bathroom towels if they are hung up. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our sustainable practices. Diferencias entre la habitación superior y la deluxe

The main difference between a superior room and a deluxe room is the view, as for the rest they are practically the same, both in terms of size and decoration. Deluxe rooms are located on the 6th and 7th floors of the hotel, while superior rooms are on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. The difference in height equates to better views of the port or the mountains, depending on the location. Is it worth paying more for a deluxe room? Well, that depends on your budget, but if you can afford it, the answer is yes, as the views, especially those overlooking the marina, are much better and unobstructed.

Is there a meeting room available?

We have a newly built meeting and conference room that can accommodate up to 35 people in theatre configuration, up to 45 people in cocktail configuration and 14 people seated at a U-shaped table. The meeting room, next to the Blue Bar, measures 5.40 metres wide by 7.30 metres long and has an area of about 40m2.
